If the mat doesn't help, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price in USD. Used mats are fine — you have to actually use it daily to judge it.

How to start a return

• Email support@mirvoso.com with your order number and reason.
• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Shipping costs

Orders ship free across the USA in 2–5 business days. Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full.
